What this is

I got into real estate through operating, not through finance. Every business I built needed a location, and every location meant a negotiation with a landlord, a developer or a public body. That is a different education from a property degree, and it is the one I trust.

Who I know

Landlords and developers, private investors and family offices, and the advisers who sit between them in Denmark, Spain, Greece and the Gulf. I have also seen how tokenization of physical assets works in practice, and where it adds little beyond the legal wrapper.

What I do

I introduce the right buyer to the right off market opportunity, and prime assets to people who can act on them. Today that includes hotel buildings and hotel conversions in Copenhagen and Stockholm. I have the buyers, and I am looking for the assets. I introduce the right buyer to the right asset and the right operator to the right owner, and I tell you honestly when a project is not ready for either.

What I do not do

I do not give investment advice, I do not manage money and I do not sell financial products. I introduce people and projects. You and your advisers make the decisions.
