The problem

Many companies have a good product and no sales system. The founder sells, nobody else does, and growth stops when the founder runs out of hours.

What I do

I build sales from the ground up. Who to sell to, what to say, how to follow up, and how to track it in a CRM. I set targets with OKRs and help you hire and train the people who run it.

Examples

At Bestseller I managed a €16M budget, opened 20 new high end accounts and worked with 250 wholesale and 110 retail partners. Friis & Co was a €65M brand in 7 markets, and I opened 2 of them. Fbms Fashion Group did €4M a year with more than 400 B2B accounts. Nordicweb Spain had 30 employees and more than 400 clients. I have entered Spain and Denmark from zero more than once.
