LEAD ENGINES
Lead Engines

The problem
Most companies buy lead lists, send cold mails and wonder why nothing comes back. Half the list is out of date. A good part of it should never have been contacted at all.
What I build
A lead engine is a daily pipeline that finds the right companies, checks them and hands your sales people a clean list. It reads public registry data, screens on sector and size, verifies that the company still trades and has a real address, and removes everyone on the do not market register. A separate step drafts the first mail. A person sends it.
Real numbers
I built the first one for a wellness venue in Copenhagen. In one sector there were 7,202 companies. 68% were on the do not market register. That left about 2,263 we could approach. Without the filter, two out of three mails would have been a legal problem.
Rules built in
The engine never sends anything on its own. It never contacts public authorities. It keeps a suppression list that cannot be switched off by a client setting. It has four levels of autonomy, and it starts at the lowest.
What you get
The pipeline runs every day, seven days a week, and fills a spreadsheet your team works from, with draft mails in your voice. Your sales people stop calling companies that were never going to buy, and nobody gets a letter about a mail that should not have gone out.
