The problem

Your team has heard about AI for two years. Some use it well, most use it like a better Google, and a few are scared of it. Generic courses do not fix that, because they teach the tool. Your people need it on their own work.

What I do

I train teams on their own tasks. We take the real jobs from your week, a sales follow-up, a market report, a campaign brief, and build them with AI in the room. People leave with something that works on Monday.

Background

I have written 240 articles, 49 of them on AI, and I use AI every day to run my own companies. In my own companies I have hired, trained and coached sales teams, agents and distributors. I teach in English, Danish or Spanish.

Formats

A half day workshop works for one team. In a two week program we build one workflow per session. Founders and managers who want to understand what their people are doing get one to one sessions. All formats run online.

What you get

Your team uses AI on real work, and the prompts and skills we build stay in a shared library that belongs to your company. You will also know where AI helps you and where it does not.
