What this is

For more than 20 years my job has been to negotiate: leases, partnerships, market entries and the sale of companies. I have co-founded nine companies and sold three. That work put me across the table from owners, investors and decision makers in hospitality, investments, fashion, real estate, bitcoin, fine art and wine, from Dubai and China to Denmark and Spain.

Who I know

Hotel and restaurant owners, landlords and developers, investors, family offices and hospitality funds, fashion brands, art collectors, wine producers, and people in Web3 and traditional finance. I have done business with many of them myself. The rest I reach through people I trust.

The network runs across sectors as well as countries, and that is often where the useful introduction sits. A hotel needs a brand partner, a property owner needs an operator, an investor wants a project nobody has shown them yet.

What I do

I make introductions. If you are looking for a partner, a location, a buyer, a co investor or a key person in one of these markets, I can often name the right person and tell them why they should take your call.

Examples

I found the building for AIRE Ancient Baths in Copenhagen and negotiated the lease with the landlords and the municipality. I opened two markets for Friis & Co. I helped a Danish company enter Spain and win 6 major contracts.

What I do not do

I do not give investment advice, I do not manage money and I do not sell financial products. I introduce people and projects. You and your advisers make the decisions.
