The problem

Every company has jobs that a person does by hand every week because nobody had time to fix them. Someone copies data between two systems every Monday. Someone else writes the same report every Friday. Over a month that adds up to days of work.

What I do

I find those jobs and automate them. Some need a simple workflow, some need an AI agent that reads the material and decides what to do with it. I test each one against criteria we agree on first, and I hand it over with documentation your team can read.

Example

For a spa in Copenhagen I built a lead pipeline that runs every day. It pulls companies from the business registry, screens them, checks that they still trade and have a reachable address, removes everyone on the do not market register, and puts the result in a spreadsheet. A separate step drafts the emails. A person still presses send. That last part is on purpose.

My rule

Automation should take work away from you. If you have to check on it every morning, I built it wrong.
